I am extremely excited to show my kids a healthy way of living and how they can successfully enjoy food without ending up controlled by it. (while also caring for the animal species in the world around us) I also love that it even takes the time to give great tips and ideas to get organized enough to cook meals with and for my family. This is a great book for those wanting to eat better, find out more about the different groups of vegetarians and reasons to switch over, and also those who are vegetarian.
