Creativebug has just so much to offer, it’s hard to know where to even start! There are free tutorials and paid as well and free class workshops. (A subscription is the best way to go!!) There are diy projects ranging from sewing, crochet and yarn projects, and children’s crafts. In the last month, I have actually had the opportunity to try my hand at a few of the classes/diy projects. I have taken the Paper 101 class, which is a short introduction to working with paper. It starts by explaining the difference of folding with the grain or against it, paper weight (based on project), and so much more.
The projects I have spent the most time working on (and watching the video classes for etc.) were the children’s crafts. There are glitter crafts, easy to make back packs, an easy hand sew teddy bear (which my daughter LOVES), and rugs, clothes, stencil decor-SO MUCH! The workshops are easy to follow and are fun to do. Each video brings a new project that is simple to follow and my daughter especially enjoys working on things with me. This is a great site for those who love to sew, make things with their hands, crochet, DIY, or re-purpose things. I am actually looking forward to making a beautiful shadow box with my kids and teach my daughter how to make weave bracelets. There is so much to experience at Creativebug-I could never give a full picture or a wonderful enough impression. The best way to see and experience what I am describing is to visit http://creativebug.com.
