Oh my gosh! Salsa is so fun! Even better, with Learn to Dance Salsa it is also easy to learn. Each disk is a different skill level and it goes from easy to harder. The first disk shows step by step each move and learn basic stance and posture. By the end you are dancing basic routines that are easy to follow. By disk two you are learning more complicated moves. The beat is great and it really pushes you to learn the dance moves. I found it a little harder to follow, but I think I could have used more time with disk one. By disk three you should know basically what you are doing and it gets harder, the tempo gets faster-it’s so fun! I think it would be more fun if I was any good at it!

I love the music on the dvds and the step by step directions. This is definitely not a dvd set for someone just looking to fool around and recreationally dance the salsa. I say this because the way it is designed you will almost be forced to learn how to salsa. I love the extra feature on the dvds that give the history of the salsa and also teach about salsa etiquette. I really liked this set and was able to learn a new dance with my husband and have a great time with him. We had a blast learning the steps together and getting creative on the “dance floor” If you are looking to learn the salsa-I definitely recommend this set!

If your idea of dancing is a one, two chip step and an occasional dip, then it’s time for a different type of Salsa in your life. Swing Dance for Beginners-DanceCrazy

 

If you have two left feet and have ever wanted to learn Swing Dance, this DVD is for you. I am not by any means a great dancer. My favorite move involved rocking back in forth in a slow dance fashion with my husband. But when I found this DVD I just had to try it! It sounded so fun and since I could do it at home, there was no embarrassing classes to take where I risked being the only person who couldn’t dance. This DVD got here super fast and I had to try it immediately.

While my husband was not home at the time, it was okay because the way they break up the instruction they show the male and female dancers separately and then show them together. (so I could get some practice in before hubby got here! 😉 ) It was incredibly easy to follow. They explained it step by step and showed each step from different angles so there was no missing a thing. My husband and I really liked the music on the DVD and how quickly we were able to pick up the dance moves on here to develop some form of technique. We try to practice with the DVD about once a week and plan to move on to another form of dance soon! Can’t wait! :)a

Swing Dancing Made Easy! I was excited when I received this DVD. I’ve been interested in Swing Dancing since watching an episode of “Dancing With The Stars” that featured swing dancing. I put the DVD in and I’ve been dancing ever since. I’m a child of the 1980s so I didn’t have much experience with this type of dance. The instruction on the DVD was helpful and moved slowly through the paces including partner connection and style. My girlfriend and I have practiced several times with it and have even gone out to one of the clubs to try out some of the moves. The music is great and really sets the mood. Cool! –L. This Temperature gun is so multi-purpose. I use it when cooking and my husband uses it for the electrical and also when he is working on the house on different projects. It has really come in handy. While it depends how close you are holding it how accurate it is, it still gets it with in about three degrees making it rather accurate for being a non-contact temperature gun. This product came to me extremely fast. MeasuPro was really great about getting is sent promptly. It was exactly as described and worked right out of the package.

I really liked the feature to turn on the laser pointer. My husband uses it much more than I do since I only really use this when cooking meat or in the kitchen, but the option to use it for accuracy etc. is great. It has a great grip on it. I really like how it feels in my hand. It is comfortable and I never feel it slip or sweat. It fits my husbands hand just as comfortably and I love that we both can use it without an issue or feeling like it doesn’t fit in our hand correctly. The auto-shut off mode is great because I don’t have to worry about wasting battery leaving it running for hours on end (accidentally) and hubby can just set it down and keep working and it’ll shut off for him saving him time and energy.

I find myself needing this all the time and when I don’t need it, I often will just pick it up and play with it. It’s so fun and simple to use. This tool is overall super easy to use and very worth the money. It comes with the battery needed to make it work and set up consists of putting the battery in and turning it on. It comes with easy to follow instructions if you want to change settings etc. and has a nice blue lit screen so reading it is a breeze. I really love this non-contact Termperature gun!

Beginning Pilates for Dancers

 

 

I absolutely LOVE this DVD. I wasn’t sure what to expect since this was my first time with Pilates, but I found it to be both one of the hardest workouts I ever completed and one of the most relaxing at the same time. It is to me a mix between strength training and yoga. And I like it. A Lot. It starts by warming you up for the coming exercises with deep breathing, stretching, and a lot of mind focus. Then, it is followed by 24 different exercises that are specifically chosen with all the different skill levels in mind, though this is a DVD for beginners. Don’t be fooled-some of these exercises look simple-and perhaps in execution they are-but they are effective as well. Each exercise targets a different body part/muscle group and really targets the muscles in a way you can feel it. Especially the next day. I couldn’t believe how much my muscles ached after doing this workout-and I loved it! (you know-pain is weakness leaving the body!)

I really liked the music used for this video and the step by step directions and different camera angles used. It was easy to follow and it really worked my body in a way I haven’t made it work since I have had kids. I have gotten very slack in my fitness life and this DVD was just the thing I needed to “ease” my way back into it while attaining results, having fun, and getting sweaty. It is a great DVD for learners because it does give such great direction and I have really liked doing this every other night. (I also just started Insanity) I am really excited to see my results and toned body in a few months after I’ve used this a bit longer!

The Ozeri  Pedometer is the best Pedometer I have ever used. It does so much for being so little! I love that while the screen shuts off, it is never truly off. I can sit down for a few minutes and the screen will shut off, but press the reset button and it turns on showing the accurate amount of steps taken and the time. On top of that, it records the amount of steps taken each day and resets each day so you can see how many steps you took that day. Despite it resetting each day, you can also press the mode button and see cumulative steps taken so if you want to keep track or have a set goal in mind for so many days etc. you can keep track of that as well.

It comes with a convenient clip and also a detachable lanyard so it is super easy to keep on and is never in the way. It can be worn any way and still keep an accurate account of the steps taken. I have worn it so it is sideways, width wise, in my pocket, attached by the lanyard-every single way I have used it I have been able to track my steps accurately and am confident that I am never missing a step with this pedometer. It is also lighter than any other pedometer I have ever used. Some feel so heavy it’s insane considering how small they tend to be.

This pedometer is so multi-functional, I don’t know how I ever used a different pedometer. It not only counts my steps, but also tracks calories and fat burned, the distance walked/ran, and my exercise time. I thas a built in timer, can record up to 1,000,000 steps for seven days (so you can track and write down weekly steps/progress) and has auto sleep so the screen is not always running wasting the battery. The fact it came with a second spare battery was awesome too! I have really loved using this pedometer so far. I have had it for a couple months and I wear it everywhere. It is so sleek and discreet no one ever notices it. I can set it to my stride and even if it’s a little off the measurements come out fairly close to what I have actually done. Such as walk a mile and set it wrong it showed just less than a mile, fixed the setting and it recorded the full mile. It was accurate according to how I set it-that is what’s important! I really love this pedometer and plan to use it for a long time to come.

Just a quick note about this product-if you are already fit and a healthy weight, this really isn’t the product for you. Not because it doesn’t burn fat or work, but it will increase your appetite simply because it also helps increase metabolism which those that are a healthy weight tend to already have a good steady metabolism so this just magnifies that. It isn’t that it doesn’t suppress hunger, it’s that it raises your metabolism and really kicks it into high gear.

That being said, those same attributes about Alpha Garcinia Cambogia are to an advantage to an obese person as myself. I am not light by any means. My once 135 pound, petite size 6 is now a lofty 202 pound, pudgy size 14. This however, since taking the Alpha is a grand improvement on the 225 pound size 18-20 I was just two months ago. Within days of using this product I started seeing results. My appetite was down, my energy was high, and I started to sleep like a baby. I recently started working out again and I find my ability to push through is also much higher than before taking this supplement. I love that I am able to push so hard and that I also can get through the day without feeling like I need a nap or large expresso just to make it through the last few hours of the day.

Another thing I noticed immediately with this product was it’s ability to suppress my hunger. I have felt so much less hungry and am eating smaller portion sizes.
